Midlands JCB is celebrating National Apprenticeship Week by sharing some of the successes of the team!

Its national apprenticeship week 2024

Apprenticeships are an essential tool for developing skilled workers and play a vital role in the UK's economy. Every year, National Apprenticeship Week takes place to celebrate this and highlight the achievements in this field. This year's event will be held from February 5th to 11th, and the theme for this year is "Skills for Life," which perfectly captures the value of apprenticeships.

At Midlands JCB, we were interested in learning how apprenticeships have influenced some of our workforce and how they have impacted their careers. So, we asked our team to share their previous and current experiences to find out why apprenticeships are valuable for continuously developing our workforce.
