It is recommended that one is carried out when a machine has a service or comes in to a JCB dealer for a repair. Every health check is split into 3 categories when reviewing the machine. GREEN, AMBER and RED.
GREEN – Component is operating at normal condition and is not a detriment to the machine’s efficiency and or productivity.
AMBER – parts are no longer running at high efficiency and may make the machine less efficient, however they are not a safety concern
RED – Component is damaged to the point of serious loss in efficiency and safety in the machine. These require immediate action.
